Missile strike and "serious damage" reported in Russia's Belgorod – photos
Russia's Belgorod Oblast Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov has reported a missile strike on the city of Belgorod and serious damage to engineering infrastructure, while local Telegram channels have written about a hit on the thermal power plant.

Details: Gladkov stated that "the enemy conducted a missile strike on Belgorod." Early reports indicated no casualties.
"Serious damage to engineering infrastructure has been recorded as a result of the attack," he added.
He also posted a blurred photo showing the consequences of the strike.
The Telegram channel Pepel Belgorod reported that a column of smoke was rising following the strike near the Luch Thermal Power Plant. Residents of several districts of the city reported power outages.
