The oil loading rack was also damaged.

As The Moscow Times writes, the refinery – one of Russia's five largest and owned by state giants Rosneft and Gazprom – produced 2.6 million tonnes of petrol, 4 million tonnes of diesel fuel, and 4.7 million tonnes of fuel oil last year. It has become the second major refinery to suspend production in December.

A week earlier, Rosneft's Syzran refinery, with a capacity of 8.5 million tonnes per year, also halted processing following a drone attack.

Background: Long-range drones operated by the Alpha Special Operations Centre of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) struck the Filanovsky oil production platform, which belongs to Russia's Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhskneft.
