Online call between EU ministers and US negotiators disrupted by technical problems

Details: Kallas said Witkoff and Kushner had planned to address the EU Foreign Affairs Council on 15 December, but technical issues prevented this.
"I have actually nothing much to report from the discussions with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner as I don't know if it was a cyber attack, but definitely [the] technology didn't work correctly," Kallas said after the meeting.
She added that as a result, they "didn't really have good discussions on the reparations loan".
