Around 33,000 consumers in Odesa Oblast still without power due to Russian attacks

Power engineers have restored power to almost 583,700 consumers after a large-scale Russian attack on Odesa Oblast on the night of 12-13 December. However, 32,900 homes remain without electricity.

Details: Power engineers have managed to reconnect more than 250,000 consumers over the past day.

"Energy workers are using all the capacity available to the oblast to provide electricity at least for a few hours," DTEK said.
Repair work is ongoing around the clock.
Background:
- On the night of 12-13 December, Odesa was subjected to a large-scale combined attack by the Russians, and local residents reported power cuts in most of the city.
- Russian forces attacked Odesa Oblast throughout the night of 13-14 December using a wide array of airborne weapons.
