Zelenskyy will also hold a series of bilateral meetings with leaders. A press conference is expected at about 13:45 local time.
Background:
- En route to Brussels, Zelenskyy held an online briefing with journalists, answering several questions. He said that if the EU fails to agree on funding for Ukraine, the country would be left in a more vulnerable position, jeopardising the prospects for a diplomatic solution.
- Zelenskyy also highlighted three difficult issues in talks over a potential peace agreement in the Russo-Ukrainian war, including the "reparations loan" and temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
