Ukrainian radio manufacturer Himera raises over US$2.5m

Ukrainian communications systems manufacturer Himera Radios has raised more than US$2.5 million to further develop its technologies and strengthen its position in the Ukrainian and international defence communications markets.

Details: Fedorov said that Himera is accelerating the development of its solutions, expanding coverage and improving the stability and security of communications for units operating daily in combat conditions.

He added that the Ukrainian company is already fulfilling contracts in Europe and the United States and is entering new markets where resilient communications with a low probability of interception are critically important.

Background: Recently, Himera tested its radios and repeaters in the Chornobyl exclusion zone, with the trials proving successful. Earlier, Himera communication systems were tested by a unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
