Details: Zelenskyy said that Poland played a major role in the EU's decision to grant Ukraine a €90 billion loan for the next two years.
"The decision taken by European leaders is the most important one right now. Of course, Russia very much wanted to derail, cancel or postpone this meeting. Europe demonstrated leadership on this issue, which is extremely important, by taking a firm and decisive position. Thank you for supporting us and continuing to support us," Zelenskyy said, addressing Tusk.
