Ukraine and Moldova plan alternative routes after Russian strike on strategic bridge
Ukraine and Moldova are discussing alternative transport routes following a Russian strike on a bridge near the settlement of Maiaky.

Details: Kuleba said that his ministry, together with military administrations, road services and border guards, has begun working on alternative routes since the Odesa-Reni motorway was closed to traffic due to the Russian strike on the bridge in Maiaky.
Quote: "This concerns passenger transport, freight traffic and transit flows that ensure the region's connectivity with border crossing points and the Danube area. The rerouting is being carried out with due regard to the security situation and the capacity of the road network."
Details: Kuleba added that coordination with Moldova is ongoing in parallel. Transit routes and alternative connections are being worked out to ensure the functioning of logistics in southern Ukraine.
