Power outages recorded in two districts in Mykolaiv Oblast after Russian attack

Power outages have been recorded in the Mykolaiv and Voznesensk districts, following a Russian attack.

Details: An air-raid warning was issued in the oblast at 22:10. The first report of an explosion came at 22:18, according to Sienkevych.

Later, Kim reported power outages in the Mykolaiv and Voznesensk districts. No information about casualties has been reported so far, and all emergency services are working at the scene.

Background: A fire broke out on the roof of a residential high-rise building in Mykolaiv as a result of a Russian attack on the morning of 1 December.
