Battlefield sees 61 combat clashes on Christmas – Ukraine's General Staff

A total of 61 combat clashes have occurred on the battlefield from the beginning of 25 December, with the highest number recorded on the Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk fronts.

Quote: "On the Kostiantynivka front, the occupiers carried out 10 offensive actions near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk, Shcherbynivka and Sofiivka. One attack is still ongoing.

On the Pokrovsk front, during the day the enemy attempted 18 times to advance towards our positions near the settlements of Chervonyi Lyman, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Leontovychi, Kotlyne, Molodetske, Filiia and Dachne and towards Novopavlivka and Nove Shakhove. One combat clash is still ongoing."

Details: Russian forces also carried out attacks on the South Slobozhanshchyna, Kupiansk, Lyman, Sloviansk, Oleksandrivka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv and Prydniprovske fronts.

Background: The Russians continued their attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure during Christmas Eve.
