Aftermath of Russian attacks: part of Chernihiv Oblast and two more regions still with no power

The Russians continue to attack Ukraine's energy infrastructure. In particular, Russian forces have struck energy facilities in frontline and border regions. As a result, a significant number of consumers in Chernihiv Oblast remain without power as of the morning of 30 December.

Details: There are also settlements that are fully or partially without electricity in Kharkiv and Sumy oblasts.
Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) has reported restrictions on a number of routes towards Nepliuieve station due to a lack of power in the network following Russian attacks.
Today, suburban trains will operate on amended routes:
- No. 6542 Konotop – Tereshchenska (instead of Konotop – Nepliuieve)
- No. 6543 Tereshchenska – Konotop (instead of Nepliuieve – Konotop)
Background: DTEK, Ukraine's largest private energy company, has said that emergency power outages have been in effect on Kyiv's left bank for more than a day, while scheduled power outages are in place on the right bank of the capital.
