Details: Zelenskyy said that the plan involves a package of documents for rebuilding all of Ukraine rather than individual oblasts.
He said that Trump sees job creation in Ukraine as "task number one" and that the US side "very much wants" wages to be three times higher through American businesses entering Ukraine on special terms.
Similar terms are also planned for European business, based on agreements between the governments of Ukraine, the United States and European countries.
Zelenskyy said that Ukraine will need a significant amount of funding at the start of reconstruction so people will return to new, better-paid jobs. He said that he sees "great prospects" for post-war development.
Background: In October, the average monthly wage in Ukraine was UAH 26,913 (approx. US$634), up 1.1% from September.
