Russian shelling kills civilian in Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast

Russian forces have shelled Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast with tubed artillery, killing a civilian who died from severe injuries.

Quote: "Another shelling was carried out today by the enemy using tubed artillery. Unfortunately, this attack took the life of a civilian. The injuries were fatal, and the person died at the scene."

Details: Horbunov said that the situation in the community remains extremely tense and a full inspection of the sites is currently impossible because of the immediate threat of a repeat attack and the high activity of enemy drones that are constantly flying over the area.

Quote: "The enemy does not allow even to recover bodies with dignity and safety or to provide assistance to the injured, once again confirming its treacherous terror tactics."
