The State Council meeting took place without Chechnya's representative.

Quote from the source: "In Moscow, they barely managed to resuscitate him, after which he returned home and has not appeared in public since."

More details: It is reported that earlier this year, Kadyrov had already been hospitalised at a private clinic in Grozny. After that, his condition continued to worsen.

Kadyrov himself said that he experiences "nervous breakdowns" and a "constant feeling of tension", allegedly due to Chechen fighters participating in the war against Ukraine.

  • In May, Kadyrov stated that he had asked to be relieved of his position.
