Russian drones attack Volyn Oblast overnight: hits reported, over 100,000 households without power
Volyn Oblast came under a large-scale Russian drone attack on the night of 31 December-1 January, with reports of hits on critical infrastructure facilities and power outages.

Quote: "The oblast came under a large-scale Shahed drone attack overnight. In total, several dozen enemy aerial assets once again struck critical infrastructure sites in Volyn Oblast.
Some of the Shaheds were downed. Thanks to the air defence forces. However, hits were also recorded. They caused fires that are still being extinguished, particularly in the city of Lutsk and in the Kovel district."
Details: According to Volynoblenergo, the regional power distribution company, 103,341 consumers have been left without electricity.
No information about casualties has been reported so far.
