Oleh Ivashchenko, Head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service (FIS), is likely to take over as chief of Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) at the Defence Ministry, replacing Kyrylo Budanov, who has been appointed Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
