US President Donald Trump has released a photo that, as he said, shows Nicolás Maduro, the leader of Venezuela, on board the USS Iwo Jima.

His eyes are blindfolded; he is in handcuffs and wearing earmuffs.
Background:
Trump had earlier disclosed details of the US operation in Venezuela, including stating that no American service members were killed.
Trump ordered strikes on targets in Venezuela, with the operation beginning on the night of 2 January. In response, Maduro accused the United States of military aggression. However, US forces later captured Maduro.
