US seizure of Greenland would mean end of NATO – Danish PM
Denmark's Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen believes that a possible forcible seizure of Greenland by the US would bring the North Atlantic Alliance to an end.

Quote: "(If the US decides to attack another NATO country by military means – ed.) then everything will come to an end. Including our NATO and therefore the security that has been ensured since the end of the Second World War."
Details: Frederiksen added that she is doing everything possible to prevent this.
"I believe in democracy and the international rules of the game. And I also believe that borders cannot be changed in one way or another," Frederiksen concluded.

- On Sunday, US President Donald Trump reiterated in an interview with The Atlantic about US actions in Venezuela that he wants to control Greenland.
- He repeated his comments about the island while speaking to journalists aboard Air Force One, saying the US needs to control Greenland.
- The prime ministers of Denmark and Greenland urged Trump to stop the pressure and threats.
