Speaking in Paris, Tusk said that it is "too early to make overly optimistic statements".

He said that, to put effective pressure on Russia, it is necessary to clarify a common position among the EU, the US and other countries in the Coalition of the Willing.

Tusk said that "with each week we are getting closer to concrete decisions", adding that Tuesday's talks in Paris covered, among other things, how countries see their role in security guarantees for Kyiv.

Quote: "Poland will carry out all tasks in the field of logistics to support Ukraine, it will be the leading state in this area."

More details: Each task has its leading state. Tusk also said that partners do not expect Polish troops to be present in Ukraine.
