Details: Umierov said that the Ukrainian team held consultations with national security advisers from France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Poland and Türkiye, with the participation of the United States, NATO, the European Commission and the European Council.
"The discussion focused on specific parameters of security guarantees, deterrence of Russian aggression and the logic of the next steps in the peace process," he said.
In addition to Umierov, the Ukrainian side was represented by President's Office Head Kyrylo Budanov; Lieutenant General Andrii Hnatov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; Serhii Kyslytsia, First Deputy Head of the President's Office; and Oleksandr Bevz, adviser to the President's Office.
Quote: "It is important that approaches are increasingly moving from political statements to practical decisions. There is a clear understanding of step-by-step progress towards the implementation of the agreements. This work is what creates the foundation for real and lasting peace."
