Quote: "There is information that there may be a new large-scale Russian strike tonight. It is very important to pay attention to air-raid warnings today, tomorrow and always, and to go to shelters.
The Russians are consistent: they are trying to take advantage of the weather. I have instructed the government to assist local authorities and to provide maximum assistance to everyone involved."
Details: The president added that weather conditions have deteriorated significantly across the country, causing numerous problems on the roads and with utility networks.
Quote: "In fact, this is an emergency situation for all services. We have agreed with the prime minister of Ukraine that the government will prepare a decision – for the duration of these weather conditions, in the coming days, to allow non-critical institutions and ordinary offices to keep people at home."
More details: The president said that the situation with electricity in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts was extremely difficult after the Russian attack on infrastructure.
Quote: "In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, scheduled power supply was restored during the day. Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Nikopol, Pavlohrad and other cities and hromadas in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast are still in the process of repairs. Sadly, there were new strikes today, specifically on the energy sector and the civilian sector, and on residential buildings in Kryvyi Rih."
