Zelenskyy has decided on candidates for heads of four oblasts

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that he had signed decrees appointing new heads of Poltava, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.

Quote: "Today, documents regarding new heads of four oblasts have already been prepared. I signed the corresponding decrees. In the near future, the leaders will be presented – Poltava, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia and Dnipro oblasts. As for Ternopil Oblast – a candidate was also agreed upon today. And overall, we will continue making personnel decisions."
Details: The documents on the president's website show that Natalia Zabolotna, the Deputy Head of Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration, has become the head of Vinnytsia Oblast.
Oleksandr Hanzha has been appointed head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration. Vitalii Dyakivnych has been appointed head of Poltava Oblast. Ruslan Osypenko has been appointed head of Chernivtsi Oblast State Administration.
Background: On 6 January, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the Cabinet of Ministers had submitted a proposal to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to appoint new heads of Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Chernivtsi Oblast administrations.
