Ukrainian foreign minister urges partners to take decisive action after large-scale Russian attack
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has called on international partners to take immediate action to increase pressure on Moscow following the latest large-scale Russian attack.

Details: Sybiha stated that the nighttime strike had shown Russia's disregard for peace efforts and must be met with "strong responses".

Details: Sybiha also called for public condemnation of Russia's actions.

Background:
- On 29 December, US President Donald Trump said he had spoken with Russian leader Vladimir Putin who claimed, among other things, that Ukraine had attempted a drone attack on his residence.
- On 31 December, The Wall Street Journal reported that US national security officials had dismissed Russia's claims of an alleged Ukrainian drone attack on Putin's residence.
- Ukraine has denied carrying out any such attack and described the allegations as part of a Russian disinformation campaign aimed at driving a wedge between Kyiv and Washington.
- Trump later acknowledged that he did not believe the attack on Putin's residence took place.
