Details: Kuleba said that there were disruptions to heat and water supply in Kyiv, with emergency crews working at full capacity.
Railway infrastructure was also damaged, including a depot, an administrative building and a locomotive. Repair work is currently under way.
In residential areas of Kyiv Oblast, five people were injured as a result of drone strikes. A family with a five-year-old child was rescued from under the rubble.
In addition, a missile strike hit critical infrastructure. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
"This time, the enemy deliberately targeted district boiler houses – this is energy terrorism and an attempt to turn winter into a weapon," Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko stressed.
She added that the town of Slavutych has been left without power as a result of the attacks, with energy workers already restoring electricity to around 3,000 consumers in Chernihiv Oblast.
Kuleba also said that recovery efforts are continuing in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast following attacks the previous day. As of the morning, heat supply has been restored for more than 800,000 consumers, and water supply has been stabilised for all customers. Repair work is ongoing.
"In the affected regions, all services are operating around the clock. The task is firstly to restore heat, water and the stable functioning of infrastructure as quickly as possible, and to minimise the consequences of the strikes," he emphasised.
