In addition, 20 buildings are without heating because pipes were damaged.

A city assistance centre is operating to support residents whose homes were affected. There, people can receive necessary building materials and submit applications for financial assistance from the city. An electronic Visa service is also operating to enable faster and more convenient document processing.

Vilkul also reported that of the 23 people injured, including 6 children, 17 are currently in city hospitals – among them 3 children and 7 women. One man is in a critical condition, another is seriously injured, while the others are in a moderate but stable condition.
