Lynx combat vehicles to arrive in Ukraine in early 2026

Rheinmetall, one of Germany's largest defence companies, has announced that Ukraine will receive its first Lynx KF41 combat vehicles in early 2026.

Details: The contract was signed in December 2025. The exact value is not disclosed, but Rheinmetall says that it is in the "mid double-digit million euro range".
The Lynx KF41 was selected after extensive testing of the next-generation combat vehicle. The vehicles are fitted with the two-man Lance turret and come in a configuration tailored to Ukraine's armed forces.
Quote from Rheinmetall CEO Armin Papperger: "We are grateful for the trust that Ukraine has placed in us. We would also like to thank the German government for its support. This order is a fundamental success that underscores our continued efforts to support Ukraine."
More details: The Lynx KF41 series is developed with current and future requirements in mind.
