Kharkiv Administration shows post distribution hub destroyed by Russian attack – photos

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, has published photos of a distribution hub in a suburb of Kharkiv belonging to Nova Poshta, the largest private postal operator in Ukraine, that was destroyed by Russian forces, and where four people were killed.

Quote: "The photo shows the aftermath of the Russian attack on the Nova Poshta distribution hub in a suburb of Kharkiv. Buildings were damaged and several fires broke out across a total area of about 500 sq m as a result of the attack. Vehicles and equipment also caught fire."



Details: Syniehubov added that this is the fourth time Russia has effectively destroyed the company's facility.
Background:
- On the night of 12-13 January, four civilians were killed and six people sustained injuries of varying severity in a combined Russian attack with missiles and drones on a suburb of Kharkiv.
- In the morning, Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office released footage of the aftermath of the strike on the Nova Poshta distribution hub in a suburb of Kharkiv.
- Nova Poshta reported that four company employees had been killed in the Russian missile strike: two employees at the sorting centre and two drivers from a partner delivery company.
- Four other employees sustained injuries, including three sorting centre staff members and one driver of a partner carrier.
