He noted that since the strike on Kyiv Oblast on the night of 16-17 January, there have been additional challenges for the cities of Hostomel, Bucha and Irpin, with all necessary services involved. Zelenskyy added that the situation in Odesa is also due to be rectified during the day. Reports were also provided on Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.
Zelenskyy said that Ukraine needs to expedite electricity imports as much as possible and secure additional equipment from its partners.
Quote: "All decisions for this are already in place, and the increase in imports must proceed without delay.
There are separate instructions for the minister of defence of Ukraine regarding Air Force operations and the protection of the skies. Decisions will follow."
