Russia loses 1,130 soldiers over past day

Russia has lost 1,130 soldiers killed and wounded over the past day, bringing its total number of personnel losses to 1,228,570.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 20 January 2026 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• approximately 1,228,570 (+1,130) military personnel
• 11,579 (+6) tanks
• 23,928 (+6) armoured combat vehicles
• 36,393 (+60) artillery systems
• 1,618 (+1) multiple-launch rocket systems
• 1,279 (+1) air defence systems
• 434 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft
• 347 (+0) helicopters
• 111,140 (+925) operational-tactical UAVs
• 4,163 (+0) cruise missiles
• 28 (+0) ships/boats
• 2 (+0) submarines
• 75,067 (+191) vehicles and fuel tankers
• 4,048 (+3) special vehicles and other equipment.
