Emergency power outages have been implemented in several Ukrainian oblasts following the Russian attacks on 20 January.

Details: The previously posted schedules for power cuts in the affected regions are not in effect.

Power engineers are working to restore stable electricity supply as quickly as possible.
Emergency outages will be lifted once the situation in the power grid stabilises.
"The situation in the energy system may change. Please follow updates on the websites of your regional distribution system operator (oblenergo)," Ukrenergo noted.
Background:
- Russian forces launched an attack on Kyiv on the night of 19-20 January, leaving one person injured. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that non-residential buildings had been hit in the Dniprovskyi district.
- A total of 5,635 apartment buildings in the city of Kyiv have been left without heating following a Russian strike. The left bank of the capital is also without water.
