Details: Zelenskyy said a significant number of buildings in the capital – over 4,000 apartment blocks – have no heating either.
Quote: "All efforts must be directed toward easing the situation. Government officials must put forward unconventional solutions on how to protect lives and reorganise operations: how to support our people, how to support businesses."
More details: Zelenskyy stressed the need to ensure maximum coordination with businesses to redistribute power generation and existing consumption to give people a sense of stability, and to plan further support programmes for the public.
Quote: "The government bears personal responsibility for this. Tomorrow I expect to see a specific, clear list of actions and decisions."
Background:

- Earlier today, it was reported that over 1,600 residential buildings in Kyiv have had their heating restored after the previous night's attack, but some 4,000 apartment blocks still have no heating.
