Details: Kuleba added that residents in more than 4,000 residential buildings in the capital remain without heating. After the strikes, heat supply was halted in almost half of the apartment blocks connected to the centralised system.

To accelerate repairs, Kyiv has deployed an additional 68 emergency response teams.

More details: Kuleba added that 1,335 invincibility centres are operating in Kyiv; a further 90 have been set up by units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Background: Oleksii Kuleba reported on the morning of 20 January that around 3,500 residential buildings on Kyiv's left (eastern) bank have been left without water, while the right (western) bank is operating at reduced pressure. The water supply was expected to be restored during the day.
