DTEK said the situation may change and updates will be provided separately.

Background:

  • Earlier on 26 January, power engineers stabilised the electricity supply in Kyiv Oblast, allowing a return to scheduled outages instead of emergency ones. However, the situation remained challenging.
  • "Once power is restored, please avoid using high-power appliances for the first 30 minutes and operate electrical devices one at a time. This will help prevent overloads and repeated outages," DTEK said.
