Russians attack gas infrastructure facility in Ukraine's west
Russian forces attacked a critical infrastructure facility belonging to the Naftogaz Group, Ukraine's largest national oil and gas company, in Ukraine's west on the morning of 27 January.

Details: Koretskyi said that a fire broke out at the scene of the strike.
Quote: "For safety reasons and to protect people and prevent environmental pollution, company specialist employees immediately halted technological processes at the facility. Emergency workers from the State Emergency Service are operating at the scene."
Details: Koretskyi added that this was already the 15th targeted attack on the Naftogaz Group's critical infrastructure this month alone.
Background: On 27 January, a Russian attack on Brody in Lviv Oblast led to petroleum products catching fire and smoke spreading throughout the town.
