A 58-year-old woman has been killed and two women have been injured after Russian forces launched a drone and an aerial bomb on Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Details: Police also reported that Russian forces had struck the settlement of Komyshuvakha with an aerial bomb, injuring a 68-year-old woman.

The law enforcement said that Russian forces had carried out hundreds of strikes on settlements of the oblast, using drones, artillery, multiple-launch rocket systems and aircraft over the past day.

In total, law enforcement received 53 reports of damage to civilian infrastructure.

Police investigators and the Security Service of Ukraine have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes).

Background: On the early morning of 28 January, fire broke out in a residential building in the city of Zaporizhzhia following a Russian attack. Six people were injured and over 100 apartments were damaged.
