Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that the start of trilateral talks between delegations from Ukraine, the United States and Russia can be considered progress.

Details: Peskov was asked whether there has been any progress "in principle" in the negotiation process given the US-brokered Russia-Ukraine contact in Abu Dhabi.
