Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that the launch of trilateral talks between delegations from Ukraine, the United States and Russia can be considered progress.

Details: Peskov was asked whether there had been any progress "in principle" in the negotiation process amid Russia-Ukraine contact mediated by the United States in Abu Dhabi.
