Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned that Russia has been preparing to carry out a new strike against Ukraine.

Background: The Russians launched a drone attack on Kyiv Oblast on the night of 27-28 January. A husband and wife were killed in the attack when a Shahed-type drone struck a house in the village of Bilohorodka.
