Russian attacks on Konotop and Sumy: houses and school damaged
The cities of Konotop and Sumy have come under attack by Russian forces, resulting in damage to a school, high-rise residential buildings, houses and other infrastructure.

Quote from Semenikhin: "There is damage to a children's educational facility (school) in one of the city's districts."
Details: Semenikhin added that houses and other infrastructure in Konotop had also been affected.
He noted that information about casualties is still being confirmed.
Quote from Semenikhin: "Now there will be even less electricity."
Details: Later, Semenikhin reported that one house in the city had been completely destroyed in the attack.
Update: Kobzar provided details on the aftermath of the strikes.
Quote from Kobzar: "Hits on high-rise residential buildings on several streets in the Zarichnyi district in Sumy have been recorded."
Details: Kobzar said the first strike had damaged the heating system on the sixth floor of one building and had broken up to 10 windows.
Another strike hit the third floor of a different building, causing a fire and damaging the balcony and windows.
