Russian attack leaves 50 settlements in Vinnytsia Oblast and 50,000 people in Odesa Oblast without power

A large-scale Russian attack on energy facilities has left 50 settlements in Vinnytsia Oblast and 50,000 people in Odesa Oblast without power.

Details: In Vinnytsia Oblast, the Russians hit a critical infrastructure facility. As a result of the attack, 50 settlements were left without power. No reports of people injured have been received.
Russian forces also attacked the energy sector in the south of Odesa Oblast. As a result of the attack, more than 50,000 residents were temporarily left without electricity. Three residential buildings, warehouse and office premises and cars were damaged.
There were no casualties after the attack and critical infrastructure is operating on generators.
Background:
- The Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts of Kyiv have been largely left without heating due to an overnight large-scale Russian attack on the capital's energy infrastructure.
- Emergency power outages have been partially introduced after the large-scale Russian attack in the same districts of the capital, located on the left bank of the Dnipro River.
