Russian forces attack Kherson combined heat and power plant for fourth time in February

Russian forces have attacked the Kherson combined heat and power plant four times since the beginning of February.

Quote: "The enemy has been carrying out artillery strikes on the territory of the Kherson combined heat and power plant belonging to Naftogaz Group during the day. At least five hits have been recorded. This is already the fourth attack on the combined heat and power plant since the beginning of February."

Details: Koretskyi noted that the company is coordinating its actions with the local authorities and is working through all possible options to ensure heat supply.

Background: On 5 February, Russian forces struck a critical infrastructure facility in Kherson Oblast, damaging one apartment block and eight houses.
