Russia strikes Lviv with missiles

Russian forces have attacked the city of Lviv with missiles on the afternoon of 11 February.

Details: The Ukrainian Air Force issued an air-raid warning across Ukraine at 14:39 due to the take-off of MiG-31K aircraft in Russia, which are carriers of Kinzhal ballistic missiles.
Later, the military said that high-speed targets were heading towards Lviv.
Sadovyi reported air defence activity in the city at 14:49, and local residents heard explosions.
Later, he said that two Russian Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles had been flying towards Lviv at about 14:40.
"Air defence downed them [the missiles]. This is titanic work. We thank our defenders for defending us! As of this time, there have been no reports of casualties or damage," Sadovyi said.
