Power outages in six Ukrainian oblasts due to Russian attacks

Power outages caused by deliberate Russian strikes on energy infrastructure facilities are affecting consumers in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts as of the morning of 13 February.

Details: Emergency repair work has started in areas where security conditions permit.
Electricity consumption is declining. As of 09:30 on 13 February, it was 3.9% below Thursday's level at the same time, as most Ukrainian regions experience noticeable warming.
On 12 February, the daily peak electricity consumption occurred in the morning, 1.2% higher than on Wednesday 11 February. The increase was driven by the easing of power supply restrictions in certain regions.
Background: Ukraine's Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal has instructed all energy supply services to accelerate repairs ahead of a return of severe frosts next week.
