Ukraine is expecting several major aid packages ahead of the anniversary of the Russian full-scale invasion and has received positive signals from its partners.

Details: Zelenskyy shared these expectations after a so-called Berlin-format meeting with Ukraine's partners, which included European, EU and NATO leaders. He said the main subject of the discussions was the energy situation.
"We discussed the most complex energy issues we have in Ukraine in detail. And we discussed with the entire Berlin group the separate aid packages in addition to those that are currently being prepared," Zelenskyy said.
Early arrangements suggest that the joint energy aid package could be record-breaking in size. "I think we can now work on the largest energy assistance package," Zelenskyy noted.
He emphasised that the package is expected to be finalised very quickly, and that large military aid packages are also anticipated.
Quote: "Separately, we will work on air defence missiles and other measures to strengthen our armed forces. We want – and all partners have agreed – to deliver the maximum support packages for Ukraine within 10-11 days, by 24 February. We want the packages, decisions and hopefully also sanctions to be ready by the 24th."
