Two people injured in Russian drone attack on Kyiv Oblast

Two people have been injured in a Russian attack on the Vyshhorod district of Kyiv Oblast.

Quote: "Two people have been injured in an attack on the Vyshhorod district.

A man has suffered multiple shrapnel wounds to his upper limbs, face and neck. A woman has a closed fracture of the forearm bones."

Details: Kalashnyk said that both of them had been taken to a local hospital and are receiving all the necessary medical treatment.

He added that the attack had caused a fire in their house. The roof and floors were destroyed and windows and doors were damaged. Firefighters from the State Emergency Service have extinguished the blaze.

All the appropriate services are working at the scene. The aftermath of the attack is still being documented and confirmed.

Background: Russian forces launched attack drones on the evening of 13 February and air defence systems were responding in the capital.
