Zelenskyy and Dutch PM discuss ideas to reinforce Ukraine's air defences

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held talks with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof on new proposals to strengthen Ukraine's air defences and safeguard the country's skies.

Details: Zelenskyy spoke about the large-scale Russian strikes and the need for additional air defence missiles.

Details: Zelenskyy also emphasised the importance of the Netherlands' support for the Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) programme, which is crucial for Ukraine given the ongoing Russian attacks.

In turn, Schoof assured him of continued support for Ukraine and stressed that the current level of assistance will be maintained.

Background: Earlier, in Munich, Zelenskyy discussed joint weapons production with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
