One killed and three injured, including teenager, following Russian attacks on Sumy Oblast

Russian attacks on Sumy Oblast have killed one woman and injured three people, including a teenager.

A 22-year-old man was injured in a drone attack on the Sumy hromada."

Details: Russian forces conducted over 50 attacks across 21 settlements in 10 hromadas in the oblast between the morning of 13 February and the morning of 14 February 2026. The highest number of strikes were reported in the Sumy and Shostka districts.
