Russian strike destroys infrastructure site in Konotop, no casualties reported

An infrastructure facility has been destroyed in a Russian attack on the city of Konotop in Sumy Oblast.

Details: Earlier, Semenikhin reported a ballistic missile threat and later added that "an air-raid warning has just been issued".
