Background: During a coordination call on the energy situation in Ukraine's regions, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy criticised the local authorities in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, particularly those in Kryvyi Rih, for their delayed response in dealing with the aftermath of Russian attacks, which has led to prolonged power outages.
