DeepState, a Ukrainian group of military analysts, has reported that Russian forces have advanced in Donetsk Oblast.

Details: Russian forces have made gains near the village of Platonivka on the Sloviansk front in Donetsk Oblast. They have also advanced in the city of Myrnohrad.
DeepState also reported that the area where the Russians had infiltrated near the city of Bilytske on the Pokrovsk front had been cleared.
Background:
- DeepState reported on 16 February that Russian forces had captured the village of Rivne, located between Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad in Donetsk Oblast.
- Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said Ukrainian troops are conducting counterattacks and assault operations on the Oleksandrivka front and near Huliaipole, while Russian forces continue constant attacks but without significant success.
- Ukraine's General Staff said in its evening update that 182 combat clashes had occurred on the battlefield since the beginning of 16 February. Russia conducted 53 airstrikes, dropping 140 guided aerial bombs.
