Details: Kutsevol briefed the American partners on the impact of strikes on the facility, which had supplied heating to more than 1,000 apartment blocks as well as schools, nurseries, hospitals and other parts of Kyiv's social infrastructure before the attack.
He also thanked the US for humanitarian aid that was delivered to Ukraine. Ukraine received three consignments of humanitarian assistance weighing about five tonnes in total.
The overall US grant contribution to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund stands at €35.5 million.

Blumenthal said at a press conference the day before that Russia had opened a "hunt" for US companies in Ukraine.

He also said the US should provide Ukraine with more military assistance because Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin is not interested in ending the war.
